   I really like this trees in the rain series. The use of the slightly long lens and selective focus is very effective here.

      Thanks, Carl. The lens is an almost vintage one, with M39 thread mount for Leica, with a moderate max f-stop of 2.5, and of course manual focus. I have gotten used to it’s angle of view and it certainly formed my way of interpreting especially landscape sceneries, i.e. extracting not really details, but intimate parts.
