My commuting time comes to a end with only ~ 20 working days left. Will I miss commuting? Certainly not, I had more than my share of train delays etc. But the photographic opportunities certainly were (and are) there in masses, like last Thursday when leaving the subway and walking to the office at 06:00 in the morning. I had already passed that pillar but decided to turn around and use at least the phone for a snapshot. So luck met non-preparation here…

Great timing!
Admittedly that sprinting young man I got on the second frame, seeing only the movement in the corner of my vision.
My usual procedure with such sceneries is to take one frame immediately and then to wait and check if and how the image could be improved, usually by re-framing or, like in this case, adding something – a recipe I got from you, Carl!
Ja, ein wunderbares Timing, geboren aus Zufall und Bereitschaft.
Ohnehin ist die beste Kamera diejenige, welche man gerade dabei hat.
Und die conditio sine qua non bleibt ohnehin: offene Augen:-))
Spazierensehen funktioniert (manchmal) sogar mit sehr müden Augen, Uwe. Da muss einem dann die Erfahrung helfen.
