   I’ve always believed that common everyday items can lead to personal, touching, and impactful photos. This is an example that offers a small glimpse into someone’s quaint life–unless this was all staged. 😉 Haha!

      Earl, this definitely was a found scenery, and thanks go to my wife for pointing it out to me. I fully agree with you regarding the importance of the commonplace subject matter – and here all the strengths of photography play out.
      When it comes to staging, things get complicated: In the photograph itself, one would probably not see a difference. The intention of course is different, but the impact on the viewer could be the same, so … it would accept it.
