   Warum gerät in Vendig selbst das simple Ablegen eines Kanus vor einer Wand zu einem „Bild“? Ganz einfach: Dort lauert die Schönheit überall, oder wie es Matthias Zschokke formuliert: „Hier braucht man den Kindern nichts zu schenken zum Geburtstag; es reicht, dass sie hier aufwachsen dürfen.“

      Aber im Ernst: Tzschocke hat Recht. Die Schönheit, die bei uns zu entdecken ist, ist erheblich spröder. Was die Sache aber auch reizvoller macht…

      Thanks, Jeff. Venice is a beauty of its very own, especially of the worn out mainstream attractions.

      Google repaired its function, without any announcement, so for the moment I am happy. But it leaves that bad feeling that we are fully at their mercy as users of a free service.
