ÖSI … do I want to know what this means? 😉 Funny photo … I am wondering if this is a „Litfaßsäule“ without no more advertising than the Erotik poster?
ÖSI: short (and malappropriated) for „citizen of Austria“. And yes, you are right: this is an advertising column with just this single poster, plus the shadow of a street lantern with a traffic sign.
