In some places the Christmas decoration encroachment is really subtle, like in this window of the Spieldiener coffee house here in Bad Reichenhall. This is really cool! Ok, I admit it: I had to tune the white balance to get that effect, but so blue it meets much more my vision of a quiet and empty coffee house at night.
Markus, the simplicity of this scene adds to it’s impact–even if it was tuned! 😉 IMO, It speaks volumes of hopes of peace and joy during the holidays, and perhaps of a time when things were a bit simpler. Very nice indeed!

Very quiet, blue and balanced. Except that little green plant – who is heroically bringing in some life and imbalance. Neat…
