   This is an excellent photo Markus. I have three of these stovetop Bialettis, a small one for a single espresso, a medium one for four or five and a large one for when people come over. Despite having a Nespresso machine at home I still use my Bialetti fairly regularly. Anyway, I really like this shot.

   @Cedric, Tom: Thanks! I too own 3 espresso machines, albeit not all of them classic Bialettis. If I have no access to an espresso brewed on one of those Italian 4-register machines by a real Barista, that classic way of preparing espresso certainly comes closest to the full aroma.
