Vienna seems to be vibrating in comparison to Munich – new buildings grow everywhere. The subway station „Wien Mitte“ includes a shopping mall and is at least an impressive block. Don’t know if I really like it however.

The design certainly seems incongruous in those surroundings. It almost looks like a giant office machine…
Carl, Vienna is certainly a big city in constant changes, much more than for example Munich is. And while I am certainly not happy with all the architecture – some look really contrived – there are certainly innovative powers at work, too. And the mixture is interesting, making curious, transporting vividness.
