   I would have expected it is the beer lovers who will be towed – one learns new things all the time!

      Juha, Bavaria is different in oh so many aspects. We had a minister, Otto Wiesheu, who had killed a man when driving completely drunken (1.75 permil) on a highway. This was no obstacle for him becoming a minister and 2005 receiving the German Federal Cross of Merit.
